These terms govern your use of ChatApp Radar (https://chatappradar.com), an independent directory of apps that run inside ChatGPT. By using the site, you agree to them. They're short — please actually read them.

1. What this site is

ChatApp Radar lists factual information about third-party apps (names, developers, categories, links) and links back to official sources. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, and we do not build, operate, or warrant any listed app. Using a listed app is between you and its developer, under their terms.

2. No warranties

Listings are provided "as is". We work to keep information accurate and current, but we make no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, or availability. Nothing here is professional advice.

3. Featured listings (paid)

Developers can purchase a featured placement. Featured placements are always labeled, and payment never changes how an app is described in its regular listing. Featured spots run for the period stated at purchase (e.g. 30 days) starting from the day the placement goes live. If your placement has not gone live yet, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — email hello@example.com. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers; their terms also apply.

4. Submissions

By submitting an app you confirm you're authorized to do so and that the information is accurate. We may edit descriptions for length and clarity, and may decline or remove any listing at our discretion (e.g. spam, scams, policy-violating apps). Developers may request removal of their listing at any time — removal requests are honored, no questions asked.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the site: no scraping at volumes that degrade service, no attempting to game featured placement or search, no submitting misleading or malicious content.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatApp Radar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or of any listed third-party app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
